Refund Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products 100% and are proud to offer our unconditional results guarantee. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your NB Natural purchase within 30 days, we will happily refund you the full purchase price upon receipt of return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refund or exchange once 30 days have passed since your items were delivered.
To complete your return, please provide your name, address and order number.
Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund first check your bank account and check with your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
